Buffalo Stallions
Based out of Buffalo, New York, the Buffalo Stallions played from 1979 - 1984 in the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL). The Buffalo Stallions attracted a large crowd in its home debut at the Memorial Auditorium against the Philadelphia Fever. The team continued to garner large crowds throughout their second season in 1980-81 in part due to signing legends Eusebio and Paolo Rossi. However, attendance began to drop in 1982 and changes in management eventually led to the team folding in 1984.
