Atlanta Apollos
Born in January of 1973, the Atlanta Apollos unfortunately only lasted for ten months until they folded in October 1973. Competing in the North American Soccer League for just 4 months, the Atlanta Apollos were one of the worst teams on the field and had the worst attendance in the entire league.Sadly for them, their end was not due to poor performance but actually due to a change in leadership from their owners at the Omni Group.
